01. Leads and first meeting
Congrats, you've landed the initial meeting! You'll lead the prospect through your pitch story. Asking questions is key. and allow them to ask questions for your to reveal your deep-dive and technical prowess only when asked for it. 02. Second meeting
This presentation will most likely be F2F to more stakeholders (typically CFO & CTO) and you'll be fielding more technical questions at this juncture – so best to be ultra prepared. 04. Onboarding your client
